The Republicans are always ridiculing President Carter but if you are old enough to remember President Carter as President and if you lived through 9/11/2001 under President Bush, I have a simple question for you which President had the best economy and kept the American people the safest.
Jimmy Carter or George Bush Which President had the best domestic economy and kept the American people the safest.
