The newest Paul Ryan budget the CBO finds,

The analysis found that possible consequences of the dramatically lower spending could include higher out-of-pocket healthcare costs for seniors; reduced access to health care; diminished quality of care; increased efficiency of health care delivery; and less investment in new, high-cost technologies." according to Business Insider.

So Mitt Romney's running mate, Paul Ryan, will achieve his goal of reduced spending by making our seniors pay more out of pocket for their medical procedures. How is this fair to those who have earned this great benefit?
