We've been having discussions about abortion on a different forum and it got me thinking a bit about whether a rapist should have legal rights to a child produced from his rape. should he have to consent before a woman gives up the child for adoption, and if she chooses to keep and raise the child should he have rights to his child-partial custody, paying child support, so forth?
