Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney are riding the waves of a Republican electorate more concerned with the color of the Presidents skin than his political policies.
That in my opinion is why Mitt Romney spent the entire third debate agreeing with everything President Obama said.
And as far as crowd size at Romney events I would really be surprised if most of those in attendance aren't actually Mormons who came out to see their Bishop try and lie his way into the White House.
Romney's crowds, much like his religion are always predominately white, and truthfully no one actually knows whether or not the vast majority of the 6000 to 7000 people in attendance at those Republican events are regular people or actually Mormon plants.
One thing that can truthfully be said about Sarah Palin is that no matter how you felt about her or her politics is that she brought real crowds with real enthusiasm to the Republican ticket.
With the Romney Ryan ticket of 2012, I see corporate money and religion playing a role that is designed to intentionally trick and deceive the American people into thinking that there is a real major groundswell of support for Mitt Romney when the truth is there is not.
The race today is 47-47 very similarly to the race against the McCain Palin ticket, with President Obama holding slight advantages in several key and important states.
I am not saying that by some accident that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan can not win or will not this election. But it is not going to be as easy as what they are trying to convey by claiming they have the momentum especially when their claims are not supported by the evidence.
I say that because as we learned back in 2000 during Bush V Gore that the fix can always be put in .
But if Paul Ryan had been close to being able to generate the same type of excitement and enthusiasm as Sarah Palin did 4 years ago this would be a real contest.
I think that by October 31st that the Romney Ryan Campaign will find out that on Halloween, that the citizens of America will decide that they are sick of Republican tricks and the racism and bigotry of the Tea Party Movement and President Obama will be well on his way to reelection.
