I really wonder how Eric Cantor learned about this before any body else including the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and the President of the United States.

 

Why did the people that knew about it take it to the Republican Congressman of Virginia and not the Secretary of Defense?

 

It just doesn't make any sense.
